Any single and regular donations as well as membership fees paid to Libereco – Partnership for Human Rights are tax deductible in Germany and Switzerland. In any case you will receive a donation receipt from Libereco in February of the year after your donation.
Via notice by the financial office "Kantonales Steueramt Zürich" from 21 May 2010 Libereco – Partnership for Human Rights in Switzerland is appoved to be a non-profit organisation and is therefore exempted from tax.
Via notice of exemption by the financial office of Köln-Nord from 30 June 2011 Libereco – Partnership for human rights (tax no. 217/5959/1921) in Germany is approved to be a non-profit organisation according to § 5part 1 no. 9 KStG, which only pursues charitable aims and is therefore exempted from corporate income tax.
